All services are delivered manually and tailored to the information you provide.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
We do not guarantee:
Job offers
Interviews
Visa sponsorship
Employment outcomes
Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. Our services provide guidance and improvements only.
4. Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (ÂŁ)
Payments are one-time and processed securely via Stripe
We do not store or access your card or payment details
Payment must be completed before any work begins.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and manual services:
All sales are final. No refunds are offered once work has started.
If you submit your CV and work has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on the selected package and are estimated in working days (Monday–Friday).
We aim to meet all stated timelines but delays may occur if:
Information provided is incomplete
Clarification is required
Files submitted are unreadable or incorrect
7. Minor Adjustments
Minor adjustments may be provided at our discretion, depending on the package.
Minor adjustments include:
Small wording changes
Formatting tweaks
Clarifications to existing content
They do not include:
New CV versions
New roles or industries
Major rewrites after delivery
Additional work may require a new order.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

Upload the correct CV version
Respond promptly if clarification is requested
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
9. CV Files & Data Handling
CV files are uploaded securely
Access is limited to service delivery only
Files are retained only as long as necessary

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for employment decisions made by third parties
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service purchased
