Do you guarantee a job or interviews?
No.
We improve the quality, clarity, and suitability of your CV for the UK job market, but hiring decisions are made by employers.
Payment & Refunds
Is payment required upfront?
Yes.
All services are paid upfront before work begins. This allows us to allocate time fairly and deliver each review properly.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the manual nature of the service, all payments are final once work begins.
What if I change my mind after paying?
If work has not yet started, contact us immediately.Once the review process has begun, refunds are not available.
After Submission
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on the package selected:
Review Package: 24–48 hours
Rewrite Package: 2–3 working days
Application Package: 3–4 working days
Career Boost Package: 4–5 working days
How will I receive my updated CV?
Your updated CV and any guidance will be sent to you by email.
What if I want minor adjustments after delivery?
Minor adjustments related to formatting, wording clarity, or small corrections are included. Larger changes or new job targets may require an additional service.
